To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account. Once you've created an account, you're ready to move on!
You'll get an email with a link to start your child's application. Your progress will be saved if you can't finish it all at once. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields, so you know exactly where you're at in the process.
3. Review and Submit & Submit Application Fee
Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit" to finalize your application submission. The next step you'll be directed to complete is submitting the $100 application fee.
4. Request/Submit Required Documents
We need a few final paperwork steps to schedule the visitation times for your child. Please complete the forms below, and send any questions to our Office Manager, Lisa Linderman, at llinderman@gardnerschool.org.
